This is the second book by Ms. Rishoff that I've had the pleasure of reading. I loved this one even more than the first I read. This story is filled with the raw emotion of three people; a mother and her two daughters. I would suggest having some tissues nearby as some of the scenes are heartstring tuggers. The Wrong Daughter will take the reader on one hell of an emotional rollercoaster ride they won't soon forget. I would recommend this book to any lover of books about life, anyone who has ever been Troy, and anyone who has ever been Brit. This is a story about a child's love for her mother, and mother's resentment of her.
I give this book 5 of 5 paws
